Study of scar-guided ablation for ventricular tachycardia
This trial is testing a new approach to treating a fast, dangerous heart rhythm (ventricular tachycardia) that comes from scar tissue in people with ischemic cardiomyopathy. The goal is to use a special mapping technique to guide the ablation (a procedure that destroys the tiny area causing the problem) to stop the arrhythmia.

Alcohol injection for fast heart rhythm
This trial tests injecting ethanol (alcohol) into a vein near the heart to treat a dangerous fast heart rhythm called ventricular tachycardia. It may be an option for people who have an implanted defibrillator and have not found relief with other treatments.

Stem cells plus bypass surgery for chronic heart failure
This trial tests whether injecting stem cells from umbilical cord tissue into the heart muscle during bypass surgery can improve heart function in people with chronic heart failure.
