This study tests if a procedure called endoscopic sleeve gastroplasty helps people with obesity and a liver condition called MASH lose weight and improve their liver health. It might be an option if you have both obesity and MASH and haven't had weight-loss surgery before.

Testing pegozafermin for MASH and liver fibrosis
This trial tests an experimental drug called pegozafermin to see if it can help people with MASH (a fatty liver disease) and liver scarring (fibrosis). It's for people who have moderate-to-advanced scarring but not cirrhosis, and who have not had other serious liver conditions or poorly controlled diabetes.

Testing a new drug for liver scarring from MASH
