This trial tests if a bimatoprost implant placed during cataract surgery (combined with a special lens) can lower eye pressure better than standard timolol eye drops. It may help people with mild to moderate glaucoma or high eye pressure who are already planning cataract surgery.

This study tests a new eye drop against an existing one to see which better lowers eye pressure in people with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension. You may be able to join if you have high eye pressure in both eyes that needs treatment and you are at least 18 years old.
