Test drugs anlotinib and catequentinib for advanced sarcoma
This Phase 3 study tests two anti-cancer medicines (anlotinib and catequentinib) for people with certain advanced soft-tissue sarcomas, including alveolar soft part sarcoma, synovial sarcoma, and leiomyosarcoma. It is designed for tumors that cannot be removed and that have either grown despite treatment or no longer respond to standard options.

Safety and early response study of AVA6000 for solid tumors
This Phase 1 study tests AVA6000 in people with certain solid tumor cancers, mainly to check safety and how the body processes the drug. It also looks for early signs of tumor response to see if it might help further in later studies.
