Who can take part
- You can sign written consent after understanding the study.
- You are age 18 or older.
- Your cancer matches the study types (ASPS, synovial sarcoma, or leiomyosarcoma) and cannot be removed, or has spread.
- Your scans show measurable disease, and the cancer has grown since your last standard treatment (or you stopped standard treatment because it was not tolerated within 6 months).
- Your overall health is fairly good (doctors rate it as ECOG 0–1).
- Your labs, heart scan, and blood pressure meet safety limits, including normal-enough blood counts, liver/kidney function, and heart rhythm (QTcF not too high).
