This trial tests whether wearing “ring” glasses helps reduce symptoms from vestibular neuritis, a condition that causes spinning vertigo and balance problems. Participants may get the glasses being tested or look-alike placebo glasses (or not wear glasses), so the study can tell if the glasses truly help.
