Long-term follow-up of amlitelimab for moderate to severe eczema
This trial studies the long-term safety and effectiveness of amlitelimab in people with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (eczema). You may be eligible if you previously joined an amlitelimab eczema study and are continuing into a longer follow-up phase.

New injection for eczema not helped by other advanced treatments
This study tests a new injection called amlitelimab for teens and adults with moderate-to-severe eczema that hasn't gotten better with other advanced treatments like biologics or JAK inhibitor pills. It's given along with steroid creams to see if it can improve symptoms.

Platform study for scleroderma with lung disease
This trial tests new treatments for people with scleroderma-related lung disease. You may be eligible if you have systemic sclerosis with lung scarring, your symptoms started within the last 7 years, and you have not had certain prior treatments or transplants.
