Azeliragon trial for pancreatic cancer after prior treatments failed
This trial tests azeliragon in people whose pancreatic cancer has spread or grown locally and who did not respond well to earlier chemotherapy. It aims to see whether the drug can help control the cancer and be tolerated after prior treatment.

Chemoradiation with or without azeliragon for new glioblastoma
This trial tests whether adding the study drug azeliragon to standard radiation and chemotherapy can help people with newly diagnosed glioblastoma. The study will also look at how the tumor responds to the added drug.
