Who can take part
- You must have a newly diagnosed glioblastoma (the most common type, IDH-wildtype).
- After your initial surgery or biopsy, there must be some tumor still visible on an MRI scan.
- You must be planning to receive standard radiation therapy (60 Gy) combined with the chemotherapy drug temozolomide.
- You must be willing to have another surgery (either traditional surgery or laser treatment) to sample the tumor after finishing radiation and chemotherapy.
- You must be at least 18 years old and have a performance status of 60 or higher (meaning you can care for most of your own needs).
- You must have adequate kidney, liver, and bone marrow function (blood counts will be checked).
