Short vs longer infusion antibiotic for ventilator lung infection
This Phase 3 study compares a shorter vs longer drip schedule of the antibiotic ceftolozane-tazobactam in ICU patients with a specific type of ventilator-associated pneumonia caused by Pseudomonas. It aims to find which infusion time works as well (or better) while treating the infection safely.

Ceftolozane/tazobactam vs meropenem for febrile neutropenia with ESBL risk
This trial tests whether a newer antibiotic (ceftolozane/tazobactam) works as well as the standard drug (meropenem) for treating fever and low white blood cell counts in people who carry or are at risk for a certain type of resistant bacteria (ESBL). If you are colonized with ESBL or have recently used certain antibiotics, you may be eligible.
