Study of Denikitug with immunotherapy or chemotherapy for advanced colorectal cancer
This trial tests a new drug called denikitug, given alone or combined with other cancer treatments, for patients with advanced colorectal cancer that hasn't responded to previous treatments. The goal is to help people whose cancer has a specific genetic profile (MSS) that doesn't respond well to standard immunotherapy alone.
