This trial tests a targeted therapy called erdafitinib, either alone or combined with an immunotherapy drug (cetrelimab), for people with muscle-invasive bladder cancer that has a specific FGFR gene change. It may be an option if you cannot take cisplatin chemotherapy and have not had prior treatment for this cancer.
