Who can take part
- You have muscle-invasive bladder cancer (stage T2–T4aN0/N1M0), confirmed by a biopsy or surgery within the last 3 months.
- Your tumor is mostly (≥50%) urothelial (transitional cell) carcinoma.
- You are age 18 or older and have a good ability to perform daily activities (ECOG 0-1).
- You cannot or choose not to receive cisplatin-based chemotherapy.
- Your tumor has a specific change in the FGFR gene (found through a tissue biopsy).
