Fluzoparib with or without bevacizumab or diet for advanced ovarian cancer
This trial tests if adding bevacizumab (a drug that blocks blood vessel growth) or a special diet to fluzoparib (a PARP inhibitor) works better than fluzoparib alone for women with advanced ovarian cancer whose tumors have specific genetic features (HRD-positive or HRD-negative). It is for patients who have already responded well to initial chemotherapy.

Fluzoparib after platinum for advanced triple-negative breast cancer
This trial tests the PARP inhibitor fluzoparib as a maintenance treatment for women with advanced triple-negative breast cancer whose disease responded or stabilized after platinum-based chemotherapy. The goal is to see if taking fluzoparib daily can delay cancer growth.
