Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.

- You have received at least two prior treatments, including one with a platinum drug, and your disease either shrank or stayed stable for at least 6 months on that platinum therapy.
- You have cancer that can be measured on a CT or MRI scan, and it has spread beyond the breast to other parts of the body.
- Your bone marrow, liver, and kidneys are working well enough, and you have recovered from previous treatment side effects.
- You are willing to provide a tumor sample (from a past biopsy or new biopsy) for testing.
