This trial tests a new drug combination for advanced colorectal cancer that has not gotten better with standard chemotherapy. It is for people whose tumors have normal RAS and BRAF genes, and it adds a new type of medicine (HCB101) to a common chemotherapy plus targeted therapy regimen.
