- You are 18 years or older
- You have advanced or metastatic colorectal cancer that has not responded to at least one previous chemotherapy treatment
- Your tumor has the RAS and BRAF genes in their normal form (no mutations)
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan
- You are able to get out of bed and do light activities (ECOG 0-2)
- You can provide a tumor sample (from a past biopsy or new one) for testing
