Itacitinib for adults with diffuse systemic sclerosis
This Phase 2 study tests itacitinib, a targeted medicine, to see if it can safely improve diffuse systemic sclerosis (a hardening/tightening of the skin and organ involvement). You may be eligible if you have active disease or it has been present less than 3 years.

This trial tests itacitinib given before CAR T cell therapy to see if it can improve outcomes for people with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). It may help by calming certain immune signals before CAR T is started.

Testing new medicine combos for bone marrow disease overlap syndromes
This early-phase trial studies a new treatment plan (decitabine-related medicine with other targeted drugs, depending on the arm) for adults with MDS/MPN overlap syndromes. It aims to improve control of the disease by targeting the abnormal bone marrow cells. Because it’s Phase 1/2, the main goal is to find safe dosing and see whether it helps responses.
