Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older and sign the consent form to join.
- You must have a confirmed diagnosis of MDS/MPN overlap syndrome (but not juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia).
- Your disease treatment history matters: you may qualify if you are treatment-naïve, or if you had prior therapy that failed or wasn’t tolerated after the required wash-out period.
- You must be able to have bone marrow tests (biopsy/aspiration) during screening and again periodically during the study.
- Your heart, liver, kidneys, and overall health must meet the study’s lab and medical limits (including kidney function and liver enzymes within set ranges).
- You must not have certain infections, major uncontrolled medical problems, or a recent history of major blood clots, heart events, transplant, or active bleeding.
