This study tests two ways to help men who were assigned male at birth and use methamphetamine stay motivated to start PrEP, a medicine that prevents HIV. You may join if you are HIV-negative or don't know your status and haven't taken PrEP recently.

Brain learning mechanisms and substance use control
This study looks at how certain learning mechanisms in the brain (called Pavlovian conditioning) influence your ability to control alcohol or drug use. It may help explain why some people have trouble stopping, and could lead to better treatments. You'll fill out questionnaires and likely have a brain scan (MRI).

This study tests a program that helps parents who are using opioids or methamphetamines get support for themselves and their families. It may be a good fit if you have Medicaid, live in certain counties, and are open to working with a coach.
