Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You are currently receiving medication for opioid use disorder (like methadone or buprenorphine) at a clinic in Spokane, Washington.
- You have been diagnosed with methamphetamine use disorder (mild, moderate, or severe).
- You had at least one positive urine test for methamphetamine at the start of the study or during the first 2 weeks.
- You are not taking any antidepressant medication (including mirtazapine) in the 30 days before starting.
- You do not have serious liver or kidney problems, and your vital signs are within normal ranges.
