Study of mezagitamab for IgA nephropathy
This trial tests a new drug called mezagitamab for adults with IgA nephropathy, a kidney condition. The study aims to see if this drug can help reduce protein in the urine and preserve kidney function. You may be eligible if your kidney function is above a certain level and your urine protein is high enough.

This study tests a new medicine called mezagitamab for adults with chronic ITP (low platelets for at least a year) who have not responded well to standard treatments. It aims to see if mezagitamab can safely raise platelet counts.
