You may be eligible if your kidney function is above a certain level and your urine protein is high enough.

Who can take part

  • You must have a diagnosis of IgA nephropathy confirmed by a kidney biopsy within the last 10 years.
  • Your kidney function (eGFR) must be above 30 mL/min/1.73m² at screening.
  • You need to have a certain level of protein in your urine (at least 0.8 grams per gram of creatinine or 1 gram per day).
  • Your blood pressure must be controlled (systolic 150 or lower, diastolic 100 or lower) and you should be on stable blood pressure medication.
  • You cannot have received a treatment targeting CD38 (the protein this drug works on) before joining the trial.
  • You must be 18 years or older and willing to follow the trial's rules, including using effective contraception if applicable.
