Who can take part
- You must have a diagnosis of IgA nephropathy confirmed by a kidney biopsy within the last 10 years.
- Your kidney function (eGFR) must be above 30 mL/min/1.73m² at screening.
- You need to have a certain level of protein in your urine (at least 0.8 grams per gram of creatinine or 1 gram per day).
- Your blood pressure must be controlled (systolic 150 or lower, diastolic 100 or lower) and you should be on stable blood pressure medication.
