Palazestrant and ribociclib for first-line advanced breast cancer
This trial tests a new drug (palazestrant) combined with ribociclib for people with a common type of advanced breast cancer that is estrogen receptor-positive and HER2-negative. You may qualify if you haven't had treatment for advanced disease and your cancer has either just been found or came back long after completing hormone therapy.
