Who can take part

  • You have advanced or metastatic breast cancer that is ER+/HER2-, advanced prostate cancer (mCRPC), or non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
  • Your cancer has spread or cannot be removed with surgery.
  • You have tried at least one prior treatment (like hormone therapy or a CDK4/6 inhibitor) and it stopped working.
  • You have not had a previous treatment with a KAT6A/B inhibitor drug.
  • Your cancer does not have active or untreated brain metastases that need treatment.
  • You do not have serious heart problems or a stroke in the last 6 months.
