Petosemtamab plus chemotherapy for advanced colorectal cancer
This study tests a new drug called petosemtamab combined with chemotherapy for people with advanced colorectal cancer that has not responded to one prior treatment. The trial aims to see if adding petosemtamab helps the cancer shrink or grow more slowly compared to adding a standard targeted therapy like cetuximab or bevacizumab.

Study of petosemtamab plus chemo for left-sided colorectal cancer
This trial tests a new drug (petosemtamab) plus standard chemo to see if it works better than the current standard (cetuximab plus chemo) for people with advanced left-sided colorectal cancer that has not been treated yet. It is for patients whose cancer cells have no RAS or BRAF mutations.
