Who can take part
- Your cancer is in the left side of the colon or rectum (not right side).
- Your tumor cells do not have changes in the RAS or BRAF genes.
- You have not had any prior chemotherapy or other systemic therapy for advanced colorectal cancer.
- You are healthy enough to receive one of the standard chemotherapy regimens (FOLFOX or FOLFIRI).
- You do not have microsatellite instability-high (MSI-H) or a deficiency in mismatch repair (dMMR).
