Raphamin for colds in children ages 3 to 12
This trial tests if Raphamin can safely treat common cold symptoms in children. It is for kids who have had cold symptoms for less than 24 hours and have a fever of at least 100°F with other symptoms like stuffy nose or sore throat.

Raphamin for acute sinus infection in adults
This trial tests a new medicine called Raphamin for treating sudden sinus infection (acute rhinosinusitis) in adults. It compares the medicine to a placebo to see if it can reduce symptoms like facial pain and pressure when started within the first 2 days of illness.

This study tests whether a medicine called Raphamin can safely and effectively treat acute bronchitis (a chest infection with cough) in adults. Raphamin may help reduce cough and breathing problems in the early stages of this condition.
