Resmetirom for liver health after transplant in MASH patients
This trial tests an experimental drug, resmetirom, to see if it can help people who have had a liver transplant for MASH and now have fatty buildup in their new liver. It may also help people who had a transplant for other reasons but developed fatty liver afterward. The study focuses on those with moderate to advanced liver scarring (F2-F3).

Resmetirom for people with MASLD and HIV
This study tests if resmetirom can help people who have both HIV and a liver condition called MASLD (fat buildup in the liver not caused by alcohol). You may qualify if your liver has a certain amount of fat and stiffness, and your HIV is well controlled with stable medication.
