Tapinarof cream for lupus skin lesions
This study tests if a cream called tapinarof can improve skin symptoms in people with chronic or subacute cutaneous lupus erythematosus (CLE). The goal is to see if it reduces redness, scaling, and thickness of active lesions.

Psoriasis treatment and skin color change study
This study tests a cream for psoriasis to see if it helps prevent or reduce changes in skin color (dark or light patches) that can happen after psoriasis clears. It may be a good fit if you have medium to dark skin and your psoriasis is stable.
