This trial tests giving venetoclax to people with CLL who are already taking a BTK inhibitor and have stable disease. The goal is to see if adding venetoclax can help eliminate any remaining CLL cells.

This study tests a drug called mosunetuzumab to see if it can clear remaining cancer cells (minimal residual disease) in people with CLL or SLL who have already had certain treatments. It may help those whose blood tests show very low levels of leftover disease after BTK inhibitor or BCL2 inhibitor therapy.

Study of emavusertib with zanubrutinib for CLL and other B-cell cancers
This trial combines an experimental drug, emavusertib, with zanubrutinib (a standard targeted therapy) for people with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or other B-cell cancers. It aims to see if the combination can improve response in patients who still have some disease despite taking zanubrutinib or whose disease has worsened on it.
