Who can take part
- You’re 18 years or older
- You have small intestine carcinoid tumor OR you’re in a specific family pattern of related tumors
- At least one close blood relative has one of these tumor types (small intestine carcinoid, lung, kidney, stomach/intestine-area, or a tumor of unknown origin that acts like a neuroendocrine tumor)
- You may also qualify if you personally have multiple small intestine tumors at the same time
- This study is about certain families only—if your family has MEN1, MEN2, von Hippel-Lindau, or neurofibromatosis type 1 or 2, you likely can’t join
