- You are in one of these groups: child with the tumor, a relative with a related cancer, or the child’s biological parent
- If you are the child with the tumor: you were age 21 or younger when diagnosed
- If you are the child with the tumor: you have (or might have) an adrenal cortical tumor diagnosed
- If you are a relative: you have a diagnosis of a malignant cancer
- If you join as a parent: you are the biological parent of the child with the tumor
- You (or your legal guardian, if needed) must be able to sign the consent form
