Who can take part
- Be at least 18 years old, or age 12+ if you’re a child patient in the study
- Have Chiari I or a craniovertebral junction (CVJ) malformation (or be a healthy volunteer)
- Be able to safely move your neck by bending forward and looking back during the MRI
- Be able to sit/hold still and follow extra MRI instructions (for children) without sedation or anesthesia
- Use MRI-compatible head/neck hardware (no MRI-incompatible implants or devices)
