Who can take part

  • You must sign a study consent form
  • You have a solid cancer (not a blood cancer) that is metastatic or cannot be removed, and standard treatments no longer work (or do not exist)
  • Your cancer has at least one measurable spot on imaging (about 2 cm on a standard scan, or about 1 cm on a spiral CT)
  • You should have at least 4 months of expected life left, based on the study doctor’s judgment
  • You must be well enough to participate (ECOG performance status 0–2) and be at least 4 weeks since chemo, radiation, or surgery
