Who can take part

  • You have a burn scar (new scar, not fully healed for a long time)
  • You live in Winnipeg, Manitoba
  • Your burn scar is between 1 and 6 months old
  • Your skin is types I to III (lighter skin tones; confirm with study staff)
  • Your burn area does not have an open wound
  • You do not have a current infection in the scar area
