- You live in Winnipeg
- Your burn scar is about 6 to 12 months old
- Your skin type matches Fitzpatrick type I, II, or III
- Your burn scar is a thermal burn on the trunk (chest/abdomen/back) or arms/legs
- You do not have any open wound where the scar is
