Who can take part
- You are female, age 0–45, and have not reached menopause
- You have a treatment plan likely to cause early menopause or ovarian failure
- Your situation may include cancer treatment (high-dose chemo and/or pelvic/abdominal radiation) or surgery that removes your ovaries
- You cannot or do not want to freeze eggs or embryos for fertility preservation
- You are healthy enough to safely have the required surgery (cleared for anesthesia by your doctor)
