  • You have been diagnosed with cancer and are about to start treatment that could affect your ability to have children
  • You are between 18 and 46 years old
  • Your body mass index (BMI, a measure of weight relative to height) is between 17.5 and 32
  • You do not have a severe allergy to fertility medications used during egg stimulation
  • You have tested negative for hepatitis B, hepatitis C, HIV, and syphilis
  • Your cancer doctor has approved your participation in this fertility preservation study
