Who can take part

  • You need a breathing tube placed (called endotracheal intubation) during care
  • You agree to have photos taken of your head and neck
  • You have not had surgery involving the head or neck
  • Nothing will block a clear view of your face from the front and side for the photos
  • Your situation is considered either easy or difficult to intubate based on the study’s criteria
