Who can take part

  • You have had complete fertilization failure with standard IVF (no embryos form after fertilization).
  • Or you had fertilization failure with one prior ICSI cycle.
  • Your previous fertility treatment must include ICSI at least once if you’re not an IVF-only case.
  • If you did IVF without ICSI for your prior attempts, you will likely not be eligible.
