Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have an advanced solid tumor (metastatic or not removable by surgery), and your cancer has grown or worsened before starting.
- You have had at least one prior anti-cancer treatment for advanced/metastatic disease (with limited exceptions depending on the study drug and cancer type).
- Your cancer has at least one measurable spot on CT or MRI that the doctors can track over time.
- A specialist molecular team must recommend a specific study treatment after reviewing tumor (or blood for some drugs) test results from a biopsy or liquid biopsy.
- Basic health tests must meet minimum targets (blood counts, liver and kidney function) and your heart rhythm must be within allowed limits.
