Who can take part
- You’re 18 years or older and have a rare solid tumor that is advanced or spread to other body areas
- Your body is strong enough for treatment (performance status score 0 or 1) and you’re expected to live at least 12 weeks
- There is at least one measurable cancer spot on scans that has clearly gotten worse (after prior radiation is allowed)
- Your cancer has progressed after standard recommended treatments (or there’s no standard option, or standard options no longer work for you)
- You can provide fresh tumor tissue (from a recent biopsy) and blood for tumor/genetic testing
- You must not have too much ongoing side effects from prior treatment (should be back to mild levels or baseline)
