Who can take part
- Be 18 or older with breast cancer that has returned locally or spread, and not be able to be cured with standard treatment
- Have metastatic (spread) breast cancer that is triple-negative or matches a specific ILC type, and have proof from pathology/testing
- Have received no more than 1 type of medication treatment after the cancer became metastatic
- Be able to provide a biopsy sample from a metastatic spot that can be safely reached, and agree to the biopsy procedure
- Have good general health for study participation (ECOG performance status 0 or 1) and provide blood samples at screening and regular follow-up visits
