Who can take part

  • You have cancer that has spread (metastatic) and cannot be cured, and it has grown despite at least one prior treatment (or there is no standard first treatment that improves survival).
  • Your doctor can measure at least one tumor spot on scans (measurable disease).
  • Your general strength/function is good (ECOG 0 or 1, meaning you’re able to do most daily activities).
  • You can provide tumor tissue for testing by either a biopsy/surgery for routine care or stored tissue from a past biopsy that has enough material.
  • If you could become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test and use contraception during the study and for at least 1 month after stopping. If you’re male, you must use barrier contraception during the study and for at least 1 month after stopping.
