Test tumor genetic results to guide early trial treatments

Advanced Solid TumorLymphoma

Part of Blood & lymphatic, Cancer, Immune system & allergy clinical trials.

This trial looks at your tumor’s genetic information from stored tissue to help match you to early-phase treatment options. It may help doctors find a therapy that fits your tumor, especially when standard options have limited benefit.

NCT05701150Recruiting
Connects advanced solid-tumor patients to tumor gene data

This trial builds a large database using your existing tumor genetic test results (DNA and/or RNA). It may help researchers better understand advanced cancers and use gene patterns to guide future care.

NCT05539768Not yet recruiting· Early Phase 1
Trial uses your tumor’s immune cells for advanced solid cancers

This early-phase trial tests whether collecting immune cells from your tumor (tumor infiltrating lymphocytes) is safe and can help treat advanced solid cancers. It may help by strengthening your body’s immune attack on the cancer after standard treatments are no longer working.

NCT05525858Recruiting
Genomic testing–guided treatment for advanced solid tumors

This study uses your tumor’s genetic test results to help match you to the most suitable treatment when standard options have failed or don’t exist. It may help by targeting therapies based on specific gene changes found in your cancer.

NCT01774409Recruiting
Genetic and immune testing program for advanced cancers

This program gathers tumor samples to study their genetic and immune (immune-system) features across many types of advanced cancer. Your information and tumor testing may help researchers understand which tumor features are present and how they relate to cancer behavior.

Annecy
NCT02906943Recruiting
Testing cancer tissue to guide targeted treatment choices

This trial studies advanced solid tumors by using stored tumor samples to look for molecular clues. The goal is to help doctors better choose cancer treatments that may work for your specific tumor.

NCT02215928Recruiting
Using tumor genetic tests to guide treatment choices

This study looks at your tumor’s genetic information to help doctors recommend treatment for cancers that have spread. It may help you get the most suitable therapy based on what’s found in your tumor.
