Who can take part
- Be a healthy adult (18–80 years old)
- Have a body mass index (BMI) between 18 and 30
- Be a non-smoker
- If you’re female: use birth control you and the study team agree is acceptable and have a negative pregnancy test on each treatment day
- Be willing to follow all study steps, including returning to the clinic for all visits and having an indwelling catheter placed on two separate occasions for blood testing
