  • Be a healthy adult (18–80 years old)
  • Have a body mass index (BMI) between 18 and 30
  • Be a non-smoker
  • If you’re female: use birth control you and the study team agree is acceptable and have a negative pregnancy test on each treatment day
  • Be willing to follow all study steps, including returning to the clinic for all visits and having an indwelling catheter placed on two separate occasions for blood testing
