Who can take part
- You have swelling in one lower leg caused by post-thrombotic syndrome (PTS) or primary lymphoedema, or lymph swelling from another cause (if matching rules allow).
- Your swelling is not in both legs (not bilateral).
- Your case is not “mixed,” meaning it should not be partly from both vein problems (PTS) and lymph problems.
- Your swelling is not from the heart, liver, or kidneys (those causes are excluded).
- You can have MRI scans—no MRI contraindications—and you are not refusing the study.
- You are covered by the French health insurance system and are able/willing to participate (not protected by special law rules).
