Who can take part
- You must be an adult (18+) with a confirmed brain tumor called glioblastoma or gliosarcoma.
- Your tumor must have been mostly removed by surgery, and it should not be mainly in the “infratentorial” area.
- You can have had prior surgery, but you must not have had any chemo (systemic therapy) or radiation before starting this trial.
- You need to be able to swallow pills and be planning to start radiation 14–42 days after surgery.
- You must have certain tumor lab results: the IDH1 mutation test is negative, and the MGMT gene test shows it is “unmethylated.”
- You must have a recent brain MRI with contrast (gadolinium) within 21 days before treatment, and you must be able to do MRIs.
