Who can take part

  • You must have a confirmed diagnosis of glioblastoma that has come back after treatment.
  • Your tumor must not have a certain genetic marker called MGMT methylation.
  • You must have a tumor that can be measured on an MRI scan.
  • Your overall health must be good enough for you to be up and about (Karnofsky score of 70 or higher).
  • Your blood counts and liver/kidney function must be within acceptable ranges.
  • You cannot have had certain previous treatments for this cancer, like bevacizumab or lomustine.
  • You must not have significant heart disease or a recent heart attack or stroke.
